Preparing to Sell
- Determine how many other homes in the area are for sale, and their sale price.
- Determine how much is owed on your home, be sure to include the primary mortgage, any equity lines of credit, etc.
- Determine your asking price.
Staging Your Home
- Move from the curb to the inside of the home. (Watch my video on staging your home)
- Remove clutter, and arrange furniture in an optimal fashion.
- Use natural light whenever possible. Cut back any outside shrubs so light shows through windows.
- De-clutter all rooms.
- Place potpourri or fragrance burners in a few rooms.
As Your Agent I Will Prepare to Market Your Home
- Arrange for professional photography of your home & exterior landscape
- Advertise your home on the Multiple Listing Service and national web sites
- Professionally design full color property brochures and place them in a brochure box by the sign
- Notify other realtor professionals regarding your home, and arrange showings and tours to prospective buyers and other realtors.
- Signs will be displayed and maintained, as well as brochure boxes as desired.

- A detailed description of your home will be uploaded in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) which reaches over 4,000 local real estate professionals.
- We are linked to hundreds of real estate sites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Idealestate, Looky Loo, and Craigslist just to name a few.
- Social Media outlets i.e. Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter are invaluable resources and reach thousands of potential buyers. Your home will be submitted to these sites numerous times weekly.

- Guide you to preparing your home for showings
- Immediately Respond to requests for showings
- Schedule Open House &/or Broker’s Open if necessary/desired
