Meet Terri
REALTOR®
Terri’s family returned to their Oklahoma roots in her young teen years after her father spent time serving in the Air Force, being stationed in the Pacific Northwest. Having been born and raised in Southern Oklahoma, her parents felt the need to return “home.” Terri attended Hefner Junior High, Putnam City High School, and then Central State University.
Terri knows what it is like to be successful in business, having owned and operated a medical transcription service for over 30 years. During that time, she and her husband did some real estate investing, sparking an interest. In 2014, Terri decided full-time real estate was the career she wanted.
She loves guiding her clients through the buying and selling process and enjoys tackling any challenges that appear along the way. She has a vast knowledge of Oklahoma City and surrounding areas, and knows how to stay on top of the changing market. Terri likes to nurture relationships with her clients in order to provide them with the best real estate experience she can.
In the last 10 years Terri has achieved a vast amount of real estate experience to include relocations, helping first time buyers and also helping seniors and their families with their real estate needs and life challenges. She has achieved her CPRES (Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist) Certificate.
In her spare time, she loves to spoil her Yorkies, and encourages others to seek out and adopt pets in need. She is currently renewing her passion for bicycling.
In addition to my CPRES (Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist) certification, I am in the process of pursuing a CSHP (Certified Senior Housing Professional) certification. I have come to realize my passion for helping seniors while guiding families through the probate process. These families all ask, “what can we do to avoid our children having to go through probate?” “How can we start the downsizing process so our kids don’t have to deal with our stuff?” “Who do you know that can help us with a trust?” “Who can help us declutter and get organized?” “Should we start thinking about having an estate sale and downsizing so our kids don’t have this mess to go through?” All of these questions have led me on a quest to find answers. These answers lie with the Senior Real Estate and Housing Experts. And I am on the path to being that expert!
